Implementation of Human Relationship Management (HRM) TK Negeri Lemahabang Kabupaten Cirebon

This study aims to explore the implementation of Human Relationship Management (HRM) in Negri Lemahabang Kindergarten, which covers various aspects such as effective communication, constructive conflict management, sustainable human resource (HR) development, and the use of information technology. In an effort to improve the quality of education and create a harmonious environment, HRM at Negri Lemahabang Kindergarten is carried out with a holistic approach, involving the management of good relationships between management staff, teachers, and students. Effective communication is the main foundation in building mutual understanding, where regular meeting forums and the use of modern communication technology ensure a fast and precise flow of information. In addition, constructive conflict management is applied with regular training and coaching to management staff and teachers, preparing them to manage conflict positively and build better relationships. Sustainable human resource development at TK Negri Lemahabang includes training programs, empowerment of teachers as educational leaders, improvement of interpersonal and managerial skills, and involvement in educational research and innovation. Information technology is used to support school administration, internal communication, and technology-based learning processes, thereby increasing efficiency and flexibility. The findings of this study show that the effective implementation of HRM in Negri Lemahabang Kindergarten contributes to the creation of a harmonious and productive school environment, improves the quality of teaching, and strengthens the organizational culture that supports the growth and well-being of all school members. This research confirms that good HRM is the key to creating sustainable educational success.
